Service terms

Subscription

Revue.day is offered as one monthly plan at £120 per month. There is no Revue.day setup fee and no per-booking or per-cover commission. Any legally required tax is shown during Stripe Checkout. The subscription renews monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel the subscription for the end of the current billing period. Access may continue until that period ends. Amounts already charged are not refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.

Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration information, keeping login details confidential, limiting team access appropriately and notifying Revue.day of suspected unauthorised access. You must not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, overload or misuse the service.

Customer information

Your business remains responsible for its relationship with diners, the reservation information it collects, the privacy information it gives them, and responding to their rights. You must use Revue.day only for lawful hospitality operations and avoid collecting information that is unnecessary.

Service operation

We aim to provide a reliable service and may make reasonable changes for security, performance or product improvement. Maintenance, internet failures and third-party services can occasionally affect availability. We will take reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted operation.

Liability and support

Revue.day supports reservation management but does not guarantee guest attendance, table availability or business results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about the service or these terms can be sent to support@revue.day.

Ending service

We may suspend access to protect the service, other users or customer information, or where payment is overdue or these terms are materially breached. Reasonable notice will be provided where circumstances allow.
